Shipping Policy

For vacuum cleaners only:

We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of the Philippines.

Orders will be delivered by our official partner couriers. You will receive the tracking details by email once your order has been processed.

Please note that our couriers will respect and follow all government and barangay mandated Community Quarantine guidelines. In light of this, some areas may experience longer delays in shipping. We will do our best to keep you updated of any changes and delays in shipping days.

Order cut-off is at 7:00 AM on business days. Orders made after 7:00 AM will be processed the next business day. For example, if you order an item at 12:00 PM on Saturday, your order will be processed on Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

The standard delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Metro Manila – 3 to 4 business days
  • Luzon – 7 to 10 business days
  • Visayas and Mindanao – 9 to 16 business days (except Cebu City)
  • Cebu City – 14 to 21 business days

Please note that the delivery lead times only count business days and do not include Sundays and holidays.

If an item is returned to Focus Global Inc. by the courier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. Please verify the address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order.

If a shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to Focus Global Inc. via email at customersupport@focusglobalinc.com and provide your order number for immediate resolution.

We offer nationwide free shipping for items above PHP 3,000.

We will only cover shipping on the initial order. All additional shipping charges for any reason of any kind are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders that meet both factors below are considered as bulky orders and will have an additional 2 days to get delivered from the original timeline below.
